Welcome to The Swan - Addingham, one of the last remaining unspoilt village Ale Houses (so called because people lived there and served ale) in Wharfedale. It's traditional design of four rooms arranged around a central bar is now, sadly, so rarely found. All rooms have their own character each with an open fire.

The Swan prides itself on the range and quality of it’s Real Ales (see list) with at least three presented every day, and a twice yearly Beer and Music Festival the highlight, when 15-20 beers appear.

Home made food is the cornerstone of the menu, with local rabbit, pheasant, venison, fish, and game all featuring. Champion Butcher David Lishman provides his magnificent sausages complemented by our various mashes, making 42 different combinations. A new line this spring is a Tapas menu.

We also host a Curry night on the last Thursday in every month £10 for as much as you can eat.

Live music is an important part of the lifestyle in the pub (see What's On) with a folk singaround every Monday and live bands most Saturdays. The first Saturday each month local legends The Snake Kings appear, the second week is dedicated to the folk scene, and the other weeks are on an ad hoc basis. We also act as hosts to the Mikron Theatre Company, please see the What's On page for details of their appearances. There’s always something different happening at The Swan.
